Kaizen is a way to perform habits and prevent you from becoming a lazy person. That’s what I learned from a video on youtube today. Kai means change and Zen means wisdom. So, it means a change in life can be reached slowly with full of wisdom.

Kaizen teaches us to change our life by doing things in a simple way. We need to set what we want to do, do it at the same time every day, and do it in one minute. For example, you learn English at 7 am every day for one minute. You need to take a note that you should do it at the exact time, at 7 am, every day.

What Kaizen wants is to make a habit. That’s why we need to do the same action at the same time. It just needs one minute because it wants to give you the sense of achieving something. When you achieve finishing that, there is a hormone that makes you addicted to doing it again next time. So, with Kaizen, you can prevent yourself from having procrastinations. (n)
